ILDYED ALT improves the absorption of dyestuffs to the fiber even at low temperature in dyeing process. In addition, it show good retarding effects as
other retarding agents at high temperature (above 90℃).
Cationic dyestuffs are excellent for dyeing of the acrylic fiber of Orlon type, however uneven dyeing is occurred due to a
different dye fastness according to temperature changes. Many kind of retarding agents for cationic dyestuffs are developed and
sold in the market to overcome this trouble, but good dyeing results cannot be obtained due to different retarding effects at low temperature (above 80℃). |
